    " Expose yourself to your deepest fear;
"A clever, imagination, humorous request can open closed doors and closed minds."
after that, fear has no power,
and the fear of freedom shrinks and vanishes. You are free."

These lyrics are songs that inspired the youth to fight for the freedom and ideas that they believed in at the time. These are creations of the Doors that supported their beliefs of society as it was.
    Peace Frog
There's blood in the streets, it's up to my ankles
    She came
Blood in the streets, it's up to my knees
    She came
Blood in the streets in the town of Chicago
    She came
Blood on the rise, it's following me
Think about the break of day
She came and then she drove away
    Sunlight in her hair
    She came
Blood in the streets runs a river of sadness
    She came
Blood in the streets it's up to my thigh
    She came
Yeah the river runs red down the legs of a city
    She came
The women are crying red rivers of weepin'
She came into town and then she drove away
    Sunlight in her hair
Indians scattered on dawn's highway bleeding
Ghosts crowd the young child's fragile eggshell mind
Blood in the streets in the town of New Haven
Blood stains the roofs and the palm trees of Venice
Blood in my love in the terrible summer
Bloody red sun of Phantastic L.A.
Blood screams her brain as they chop off her fingers
Blood will be born in the birth of a nation
Blood is the rose of mysterious union
There's blood in the streets, it's up to my ankles
Blood in the streets, it's up to my knee
Blood in the streets in the town of Chicago
Blood on the rise, it's following me
    The Unknown Soldier
Wait until the war is over
And we're both a little older
    The unknown soldier
Breakfast where the news is read
    Television children fed
    Unborn living, living, dead
    Bullet strikes the helmet's head
    And it's all over
    For the unknown soldier
    It's all over
    For the unknown soldier
    Hut
    Hut
    Hut ho hee up
    Hut
    Hut
    Hut ho hee up
    Hut
    Hut
    Hut ho hee up
    Comp'nee
    Halt
    Preeee-zent!
    Arms!
Make a grave for the unknown soldier
    Nestled in your hollow shoulder
    The unknown soldier
Breakfast where the news is read
    Television children fed
    Bullet strikes the helmet's head
    And, it's all over
    The war is over
    It's all over
    The war is over
    Well, all over, baby
    All over, baby
    Oh, over, yeah
    All over, baby
    Wooooo, hah-hah
    All over
    All over, baby
    Oh, woa-yeah
    All over
    All over
    Heeeeyyyy
    The End
    This is the end
    Beautiful friend
    This is the end
    My only friend, the end
Of our elaborate plans, the end
Of everything that stands, the end
No safety or surprise, the end
I'll never look into your eyes...again
Can you picture what will be
    So limitless and free
    Desperately in need...of some...stranger's hand
    In a...desperate land
Lost in a Roman...wilderness of pain
And all the children are insane
    All the children are insane
Waiting for the summer rain, yeah
There's danger on the edge of town
    Ride the King's highway, baby
Weird scenes inside the gold mine
    Ride the highway west, baby
Ride the snake, ride the snake
To the lake, the ancient lake, baby
The snake is long, seven miles
Ride the snake...he's old, and his skin is cold
    The west is the best
    The west is the best
Get here, and we'll do the rest
The blue bus is callin' us
The blue bus is callin' us
    Driver, where you taken' us
The killer awoke before dawn, he put his boots on
He took a face from the ancient gallery
And he walked on down the hall
He went into the room where his sister lived, and...then he
Paid a visit to his brother, and then he
He walked on down the hall, and
And he came to a door...and he looked inside
Father, yes son, I want to kill you
    Mother...I want to...f**k you
C'mon baby, take a chance with us
C'mon baby, take a chance with us
C'mon baby, take a chance with us
And meet me at the back of the blue bus
    Doin' a blue rock
    On a blue bus
    Doin' a blue rock
    C'mon, yeah
Kill, kill, kill, kill, kill, kill
    This is the end
    Beautiful friend
    This is the end
    My only friend, the end
It hurts to set you free
    But you'll never follow me
The end of laughter and soft lies
The end of nights we tried to die
    This is the end

The atmosphere of the 60’s in California is definitely debatably depending on collaborative opinions, but it cannot be denied that the vicious riots and overwhelming desire for true freedom created an unforgettable two decades.
The state of California is one state in particular that is thick with history and culture especially during the 1960’s and 70’s. California was the one of the focal points of angry youth, rapidly changing society and best of all a great American figure named Jim Morrison...
born James Douglas Morrison on December 8th, 1943 in Melbourne, Florida to a war man father
Attended UCLA Film School and ignited the spark that lit the fire

Jim Morrison became a part of the journey toward knowledge and the spiritual and mental enlightenment of young minds. Examples are the intuitive wording of songs like Yes, the River knows (1968) that calls upon a direct connection with nature. Another is Ghost Song (1978) where Morrison’s poetry of An American Prayer was released and his vocals are aided with a new type of rhythm that fallows the earthly lyrics about the universe and beyond. But, only a small portion of society during this decade took away these gifts and gems with them into their older age and into the modern times of today. And can only be found in these old souls.
